Description: Natural black olives with pit, from the local Galega variety, traditionally pickled in brine. Selected olives that are harvested before they reach full ripeness to ensure the highest quality. Very fruity taste.

Storage and use instructions:
Store in a cool place after opening and use within a few days. Drain for 2 minutes before serving.
