Origin & terroir
Estreia Alvarinho Reserva comes from vineyards in the Monção e Melgaço subregion, where the Atlantic climate and granite soils suit this grape ideally. The grapes are picked by hand.
Vinification & ageing
After temperature-controlled fermentation the wine matures on its fine lees (“sur lie”) in stainless steel and partly in oak, which gives it freshness, complexity and a delicate touch of wood.
