The coffee beans here are roasted stronger, darker. This causes the coffee bean to lose more caffeine and caffeic acid. The quality of the coffee speaks for itself. Using the drum process, the beans are slowly roasted at around 194°C for around 20 minutes. The selected coffee beans produce an aromatic, barely oily coffee.

Delta is one of the most popular coffees in Portugal. The brand was founded by Manuel Nabeiro in 1961 in the Alentejo.
